2020 Burnsville Invitational Tournament - Entry Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2020 Burnsville Invitational Tournament June 5th -7th. Due to the popularity of this tournament, we will not be able to take reservations over the telephone. Tournament participation will be guaranteed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only upon receipt of your tournament registration form and a check.

This tournament fills very quickly, so please send in your entry form as soon as possible. Your spot in the tournament is not confirmed until your entry fee has been received & acknowledged by the tournament director.

General information about the tournament will be available on our website on May 24th, 2020. No information will be mailed out.
